FAQ

Is online training available?

Yes, it is via Zoom. It allows you to save time and squeeze in a 1hr sport session in a very busy agenda.

Where will the training take place?

In the comfort of your home, in the gym of your condo (please check first that PT are allowed). Outdoor or indoor, both are possible, just keep in mind that outdoor training might be disrupted due to the weather and it is more draining due to the heat and humidity level in Singapore.

Who does Betty train?

Adults only, men and women.

Does Betty do group trainings?

Yes, group training is available up to 4 persons. You will need to constitute your group prior to contact Betty Fitness.

How long lasts a training session?

Our training session lasts 1 hour. It will always start with some warm-up and finish by a good stretching.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable gym outfit and sport shoes. However you may train barefoot if no jump is included in the training.

What should I bring?

You may bring a water bottle, a gym mat and a towel.

If I train at home, do I need equipment?

We bring some small equipment when necessary. Eventually depending on your goals and the type of training you might need a pair of dumbbells and a fitness ball.

After how many sessions will I start to see some improvements?

A minimum of 10 sessions over a 6 to 8 weeks period is requested to see some results. Your body will be more toned and/or you will improve your cardio, and you will feel energized.

Is there any medical requirements for prenatal training?

Yes, please provide us with a medical clearance from your ObGyn.

When can I start training again after delivery?

Usually it is recommended to wait 6 weeks before training again after a natural birth, and 12 weeks after a C-Section. A medical clearance from your ObGyn is necessary.

Is it possible to train both for functional training and cardio?

Yes it is. For optimal results I would recommend you to commit to two sessions per week, each session being dedicated to one type of training. However in some instances we may include both type of trainings in the same session, focusing more on one.

How the workout programs will be designed?

The workout programs are tailored to your individual needs, goals and fitness level. We will especially take into account your strengths, weaknesses, and any injuries or medical conditions to create a safe and effective plan. During each session you will be introduced to new exercises and techniques to help you avoid boredom and plateauing in your fitness routine.

What are Betty operation hours?

From 7am til 7pm, off site or online, from Monday to Saturday.

What is your cancellation policy?

Betty Fitness practice a cancellation policy of 24 hours. For all appointments, late cancellation (less than 24 hours before session) or no-shows will be charged as if you attended.
Note: Cancellation is to be done by telephone or email within our operating hours.
